It has ALL the ORIGINAL parts, including the back door with label, BONUS reel strips, award plate, MILLS lock with matching serial # key, cash box etc.
I restored it about 25 years ago and it has a beautiful aged patina. This 5c Mills Horsehead BONUS slot machine is the finest, and most original model that I've owned. I have been collecting slot machines for more than 44 years.
